1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Emdad Catering or contacting us to request any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
Emdad Catering provides comprehensive hospitality and catering services for various occasions, including: • Weddings and social events • Corporate events and conferences • Private and family gatherings • Buffet and Arabic coffee services • Full hospitality services
3. Booking and Confirmation
• A booking is considered confirmed after signing the contract and paying the agreed initial deposit • The company reserves the right to refuse any booking request without disclosing reasons • Full event details (date, time, venue, number of guests) must be provided at the time of booking • Any modifications to booking details are subject to company approval and may affect the price
4. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are determined based on service type, number of guests, and special requirements • A deposit of no less than 50% of the total contract value is required upon confirmation • The remaining balance must be paid at least one day before the event date • All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless otherwise stated
5. Cancellation Policy
If a client wishes to cancel a booking: • Cancellation 15 days or more in advance: 75% refund of the deposit • Cancellation 7–14 days in advance: 50% refund of the deposit • Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: no refund of the deposit • Cancellation must be communicated to the company in writing via email
6. Modifications to the Order
• Modifications can be made up to 7 days before the event date • Modifications after this period are subject to company approval and may incur additional fees • Changes to guest count or service type cannot be guaranteed after preparations have been finalized
7. Company Responsibilities
Emdad Catering is committed to: • Delivering the agreed services to the highest standards of quality and hygiene • Complying with health and safety regulations approved by official authorities • Providing a trained and professional team • Arriving on time and preparing the venue as agreed
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking • Ensuring a suitable venue and facilitating access for the team • Informing the company of any special requirements or dietary restrictions in advance • Settling financial obligations on the agreed dates
9. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for: • Any indirect damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control (force majeure) • Any delay or shortfall resulting from the client's failure to meet contractual requirements • Damages caused by the use of the venue by other parties
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
